I sauteed a pile of veggies (onions, mushroom, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, red pepper, green beans, carrots and garlic). I ended up with so many veggies that I had to use 2 9 X 13 pans. I cooked a package of portobello mushroom ravioli and mixed that in with the veggies. Then I poured a jar of Marina over top. Then, in the Vitamix I made a cheese sauce with about 1 1/2 cups of milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, 2 T of flour and about 1 T of pesto. I got that nice and steamy then poured it over the pasta/veggies, topped with a bit of 4 cheese Italiano and baked it for about 30 minutes at 350. It was very tasty and there's lots leftover for lunches.
