Guest guest Posted March 13, 2007 Report Share Posted March 13, 2007 Thanks to all who responded. I took to her ped yesterday and spoke to her endocrinologist also. Endo ran test for celiac and it was negative. She is thinking the same as the ped that the gagging is related to the constipation and not the thyroid. They want to keep her on lactulose to clean her out and then see. If she is still gagging then they will run more tests. Her weight loss is not a concern to them since her BMI is find for her height.
