Its the spiro finallyh getting to your PA and you can likely taper off the other meds.

How was the BP taken in the CARDS office. lIkely on an exam table which will falsely increase it. persuade her to use you home BPs.

It they gave you a number of 150/100 they were not taking itt carefully enough. Take in ouir consumers guide to them.

You are feeling washed out because your BP is so low.

Has an echo or EF been repeated?

My guess is your EF is normal now. Ask for it to be retested.
