Guest guest
I've been doing BFL for 4 weeks now. I have tendonitis in both knees which has led to hip abductor aggravation in both legs. My Physical Therapist says no lunges, squats, etc. Does anyone know how I might be able to do a lower body workout without hurting myself? Also I can do the upper body workout fine but it's hard for me to complete the full amount of reps with the weight, it's too heavy for me to maintain form. I haven't really been feeling " burning " too much and am concerned I am not making as big of a difference as I could be. Any ideas?
