Since several people seem interested in Kombucha Tea, I recommend the following

group. Their files and links are very informative, and many members are

willing to share a SCOBY and starter tea for reimbursement of postage only.

If you decide to join this group, educate yourself by reading whatever looks

interesting, but don't feel intimidated by it. You can make brewing as simple

and easy or as complicated as you wish. I brew in gallon pickle jars covered

with a paper towel and rubber band, and I store in Mason canning jars. Then I

just sit back and enjoy - nearly as good as a green smoothie!
