Guest guest
This will all become second nature if you stick to it. Once you get the right foods at the store you will feel more secure. My own week has gone pretty well except that I'm sore and have two more gym days to go before a day off. Chest and back today, shoulders again tomorrow(also did shoulders on monday). Maybe a cardio. Eating has scored 100 tho. Time flies when you're having fun. stasia
Guest guest
Hello love5523@..., In reference to your comment: ! tonight. How did everyone elses day go? I can't believe ! it's already going to be Thurs! I'll be back tomorrow... ! Hi , I too had an off day. I was craving sugar like crazy. My lower body workout was not very good either. I had a pop tart late last night that I feel very guilty about. =((( But I have managed to cut out almost all soda in my diet and now i am craving water for the first time in years. So that counts for something??? I used to be a reg coke fanatic 4 cans a day. I managed today to do a pretty good cardio for someone whom is in very bad shape. I can only jog slowly for 5 min at a time max. I managed to push myself from the 15 min point to a faster jog till 20. It felt very good. I then had my egg beaters and toast. Then I got extremely sleepy. I am trying to use this time before the Oct 7 12 week program to get used to used to the eating habits and learn how to work out again. Good luck Jen ( \-----/ ) ) . . Guest guest
Hey Jen, Just a thought on the cardio: Perhaps you should start with something other than jogging if you have access to a gym. Riding a recumbent bicycle or doing the elliptical trainer is easier, so you'll most likely be able to last the full 20 minutes and really hit your 10s. As for the soda, good on you for quitting. The sugar in soda is deadly. I don't think most people realize that just one can of regular soda can have upwards of 50 grams of sugar. You drink four of those a day, and that's more sugar than you should have in a year! Scary. Plus, it's just liquid, so it doesn't fill you up. Guest guest
Well up until 8 pm I had a GREAT day. Then in Walgreen's I saw the Milk Duds and thought I'd get them for my free day on Sunday. Bad idea. Then before I knew it, I had eaten 1/2 the box of the Movie Size ones!! Rats...oh well, wasted a whole free day on Milk Duds! Now I know why I don't buy anything ahead of time for free days!! Defintely learned a lesson! Colleen > > My eating wasn't exactly on plan because I never made it to the grocery store. Guest guest
I'm the same way, Colleen, if anything's in the house, I will eat it. I know myself well enough by now to know that I can't have sweet stuff around, or there will be no waiting for free day. > > > > My eating wasn't exactly on plan because I never made it to the > grocery store. Guest guest
Colleen, you don't know how many times I have almost done that same thing!!! I had to laugh. Yes, I have resisted each time, but I'm constantly thinking about it " oh, I'll just get this for Sunday! " Now I race out to the candy store on Sunday morning under the premise of picking up a newspaper... Park Re: I had a so-so day... Well up until 8 pm I had a GREAT day. Guest guest
I find that I cannot keep my favorite things in the house either. Tomorrow is my free day and we are going to a 40th birthday party. I cannot wait. Take care -- - In @y..., " colleenp99 " <colleen_meacham@h...> wrote: > Well up until 8 pm I had a GREAT day.
