Guest guest Posted March 24, 2011 Report Share Posted March 24, 2011 I was making some chilli today and it wasn't the right thickness and texture I normally put a can of refried beans into my chilli. ( a trick I picked up from racheal ray many years ago ) but it still wasn't quite right so I put some corn meal in the vitamix and ground it up to a nice fine flour and put a couple of spoonfuls into the pot and in about five minutes it was perfect.
