I was telling my friend about my new VM and the recipes and such touting the

claims of all the healthy seeds. she says apple seeds contain cyanide! I said

they cant but just checked and sure enough they do.. what is VM take on this?

Y'know, there's sometimes talk of my starting a juice/smoothie business and my first preemptive strike would be to try to make an appointment with whoever is in charge of our local poison control bureau for the purpose of getting him/her to write a testimony on agency stationery stating that my juiced-with-the-seeds apple juice is not poisonous which I could then photocopy a zillion times (handouts) and then laminate.

LOL, that is funny. I remember being nervous years ago about putting

a whole apple seeds and all into the smoothie. We learn as we grow

in the VM curve.
