I have SO many questions . Bare with me (or just email

me and tell me to shut it already lol)

look i punctuated!

How do you know what heart rate is a good fat burning

heart rate? (any heartrate info would be great i know

nothing about it!)

In some videos they tell you its ok to take a break

get some water. says to walk around then come

back and join the workout if u need to its ok.how does

this affect heartrate/how good your workout is/results

/performance?

Is there anyone here who has a significant amount of

weight to lose? like over 50 lbs? or has lost a lot?

I'm a really uh...fat girl..and sometimes i feel like

my fat gets in the way of working out good enough like

i can't quite move as fast as they are on the videos.

I'm trying to work up to it but my performance is

pissing me off - tho i've only been back to it for a

couple days after the two year sedentary thing.

I also get winded after about 10 minutes. Enough to

gasp and swear and sometimes just sit down and get

dejected. When that happened today with billy blanks i

switched to walk away the pounds and the slower pace

helped. But i felt like a sellout.

I hope to be able to increase my lung capacity

eventually because i think when i used to work out

before i'd lose breath easily and eventually i got

better with it. I also get backaches in the middle of

the workout because my poor back has so much weight to

bear it strains (another good reason to lose)

These 30 i'm wanting to lose before my trip is just

for vanity sake but i do need to lose a significant

chunk soon, thankfully i have not had health problems

because of the weight and i am not getting any

younger..i dont want to start getting any!!

I should be honest..i have at least 100 lbs to lose

and possibly another 20 when i'm done - 30 to squeeze

into a nice wedding dress should a suitable candidate

happen along lol

Thanks for listening:)

Kris.

It does not matter how slowly you go,

as long as you do not stop.
