good evening,

this morning i did cathe's supersets off of fittv. inbetween commericals i did lunges and crunches. i also added the medium intensity legs and arms from denise austin's personal training system. for yoga i did the dealing with change practice from yoga for everybody. so sluggish today for some reason, either from getting up real early or just the weather. hope i feel better tomorrow i want to do a cathe cardio. maybe rhythmic step or M.I.C.
