thankyou so much for the info vennitta!! these workouts sound really

nice! i still have tracie's earlier batch of TLP's to work through

though. some of the stuff in those is quite tough (and was above my

ability the last time i tried them). im looking forward to hearing more

about these ones though if course im glad to hear that tracie is

leading a couple of the workouts and that she has jen and susan doing the

others!
