So much so I ordered the YBB Goddess set. After doing the live videos I feel worked out and refreshed (like I do with whfn workouts). The baby meditations as I call them make me feel good too. But for some of the yoga moves and any type of push I can do the moves, I am trying to find a safe way to use the stretchy though Overall this was a good investment Vennitta-- Get Fit!
