Hey Guys, that is in my part of the world!!!!

Still to see the slide show, one daughter pinched the 'puter from me, now

she is on the phone to her bigger sister so only have a few seconds on MY

Still being a green smoothie kindergartener, I see recipes like this with so

many ingredients and am concerned they will taste " muddy " . I've made some duds

that wasted $$$ organic ingredients. I'd like to know what other more

experienced people think and could share on this subject. I'd like to step up to

something more nutritional than greens/fruit, even a cleanse or juice festing,

(but not all that sure where to start).

This guy used WAY too many ingredients in this smoothie. It is not good to

combine so many ingredients at one time. Vegetables and fruits should not be

mixed together.
