Guest guest Posted July 22, 2005 Report Share Posted July 22, 2005 Well, I had a bunch of new workouts arrive yesterday and I had a hard time deciding which one to do first (what a dilemma!). I didn't do any stepping this week so I threw in BSS3 Total Muscle Shaping with Huckabee. I really liked that she hit all muscle groups and had some nice cardio all in 50 minutes. I am so glad that I have my transfirmer rather than that death box though. It seemed that even some of the instructors were struggling with the darn thing! I am also amazed at the difference in Pam's appearance from this workout to the BSS4 series. She was way too skinny in BSS3 - her ribs even showed! Of course getting new boobs didn't hurt either, but she really looks great now. Now of course I am going to have to buy the rest of BSS3 to have them all!
