Guest guest Posted July 22, 2005 Report Share Posted July 22, 2005 Hi, Today was scheduled to be a light/active recovery day so I just did a quick Sun Salutation practice from Shiva Rea's DVD, it ran about 20 min. I might try to fit in another mini-workout later today - maybe Pilates - I really want to get back into doing Pilates more consistently. Anyway, right now I'm previewing Janis Saffell's Brand New Butt Plus Pilates - it looks good - lots of different exercises and " band " Pilates. I have this one on tap for tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it! Hope everyon has a good day.
