Guest guest
Hi , I had been following fairly structured rotations, and maybe I'm just burned out on structure, so I'm going to try some " generic " rotations that allow me to input what I feel like doing within the category for the day - just as you suggested! :> I think that will help take the pressure off, afterall, it is summer and time for some fun! I also like your idea of a " dance " week and might give that a go, too, with Pilates and fusion workouts for my toning that week.
