Guest guest Posted June 1, 2005 Report Share Posted June 1, 2005 Hi! I'm done early tonight because the kids went to bed early and I did a 30 minute sculpt video!! It has been a while since I last did the Crunch Turbo Sculpt (lead by Debbee Sharpe)! I enjoyed it! Lots of paired lower body and upper body work at the same time. I like doing a squat and bicep curl at the same time:) A short aerobic warm-up, abs/obliques, and a stretch is included all in 30 minutes. I only used 2 pound weights but could go heavier next time.
