You are trying hold a bridge position while simultaneously scooting both legs out straight. My hamstrings were on fire! She did something similar in a plank position too. Not much ab work, but several of the floor moves require core strength and stability to keep your balance and from letting those discs get away from you. I am going to try her Total Body workout tomorrow I think. The kit comes with one dvd with three workouts along with the discs. I might order the other cardio and abdominal workouts if they aren't too much.
