Guest guest Posted July 13, 2005 Report Share Posted July 13, 2005 hi! here is day 1 and day 2 of the smart girls do dumbbells: Day 1 Beginner-- 1 set each exercise Classic forward curls- 10 reps V-Backs- 10 reps Bench presses- 10 reps Kneeling- one-arm rows-10 reps Side raises- 10 reps Traditional crunches- no reps specified-- I did 35 Head and neck rotations--10 to 15 Shoulder rolls- 12 front/12 " back " in the reverse Day 2 Beginner--1 set each exercise Forward lunges- 5 to 10 reps Deadlifts- 5 to 10 reps Towel squats-10 to 12 reps Bilateral heel raises-10 to 15 reps Reverse Leg Lifts- 20 reps Hamstring hug-1 each leg Lumbar twist-1 each side Stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
