Guest guest Posted July 28, 2005 Report Share Posted July 28, 2005 "" it is one of my Life Goals to complete that workout!"" well then we will share a common goal b/c i am now told i am not allowed anymore workouts(like that ever sticks around here LOL) until i can complete all the ones i have. the work it offs and step it offs(each came with 2 dvds) are ones i haven't done as well as a few of the dance workouts on the 7days7workouts. going to try to throw in 2 workouts a week. one for these difficult steps(the ones mentioned aboved) and one that is just difficult intensity(like M.I.C. and KickMax's Blast). i like to complete them all but will take at least 75% on the step it offs. kassia Stay connected, organized, and protected.
