OT: Your take on Alkaline Water

What are your thoughts on Alkaline Water and what are your means to getting this

product?

Seems like the most extreme option to get alkaline water is to install a $4k

unit under the sink - not in our cards at this time in our lives.

But then I found counter top units for $200, not bad, but does it work? Lots of

good reviews.

Or, bottled alkaline water. Actually, Essence is bottled in my 'neighborhood'.

So, does bottled water stay alkaline or 'fresh' I thought I heard that it

starts to 'go bad' after a few days if it comes out of an alkaline tap??

I also need to do more homework on the process....

Thoughts?
