Monday evening workout

Hi everyone,

I decided to do an evening workout too. DH went in to work early so I had the entire evening by myself. I decided to get a lower body workout in. I sat for about 30 minutes trying to figure out what I wanted to do. I decided to do all the lower body exercises from High Step Challenge and do 2 sets back to back. I then done Gym Style Floor work. It was a great 55 minute workout. I think from now on when I know I have this extra time in the evenings I need to do cardio. I have so much more energy in the evenings and that would be a good time to take advantage of that energy.

Not sure what I will be doing in the morning since I already done my lower body tonight, any idea's?
