GOAL WEIGHT: 120 lbsLBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: Lost 2.8

TOTAL POUNDS LOST: 0MILEAGE: 24 miles Based on 1 mile for every 15 mins of exercise.

I lost some weight this week which makes me VERY happy!

I have tears in my eyes--I'm so happy for you!!!! Excellent!!!! Keep

moving:) My Gilad came in the mail to day I will be doing his Fat

Burning workout tomorrow morning!!! If you would like to join

me--another day in the second week of the morning challenge:)

Hi Stacey, thanks for saying that! You made me feel so GOOD! I was really hoping that I would lose some weight this week and I did. I only walked 3 days last week. This week my plan is to walk everyday, twice a day. That should help to burn off quite a few calories.

Tomorrow I will be doing a Gilad workout. Today I'm walking and doing some functional exercises from "Total Body Makeover" book.
