Keep moving:) My Gilad came in the mail to day I will be doing his Fat Burning workout tomorrow morning!!! I was really hoping that I would lose some weight this week and I did. I only walked 3 days last week. This week my plan is to walk everyday, twice a day. That should help to burn off quite a few calories. Tomorrow I will be doing a Gilad workout. Today I'm walking and doing some functional exercises from "Total Body Makeover" book.
