off topic pop ups and virus

Can anyone give me any advice on the popups? Im getting wayyy too many and have

a blocker turned on....can you imagine if I didnt??? Suddenly it started a week

or so ago...havent been any where that I would have gotten such stuff....this

happened one other time and I went ahead and got it cleaned up some but not from

the start. Im getting virus alerts as well....my provider is renaming them

etc....

what can I do???????? its driving me nuts!!
