Guest guest Posted June 20, 2005 Report Share Posted June 20, 2005 I finally got to this workout yesterday..wowza! My triceps and hammies don't like me today. My triceps are OK low, but when I raise 'em they start yellin' at me. And my hammies are OK sitting down, but when I move, they start yellin' at me. I don't have barbells right now, so I used my body bar, and of course, my dumbbells and stability ball. I don't have a step, so used my stability ball as one--I do that for BodyPump as well. I like that she gives options. So if you wanted to change up you know OK, it's OK to use my weights and still get a workout. The flow seemed good. They list how many pounds everyone is using. I cheated and didn't do the instructional. But I'll have to do that as well. I can't remember the music off hand. She was easy to follow and kept giving form pointers throughout. It didn't " drag " which is good. I hate workouts where you've barely finished the warm up and are looking to see how much time is left.
