Thank for that link, Pete. Even my farmer uses containers for some of his crops

(like asparagus) and it got me wondering more about them...

Actually we do! Not as much as my recipe group, but more than you can probably

cook up in a long time.

I was hesitant posting the link to my Earthbox information, because I didn't

want members to think I'm trolling for new members. I usually ask list owners

first. However, I wanted to get that information out as soon as possible, and I

thank Lea for her graciousness.

Lea, feel free to talk about and promote your group(s) on all my lists. The

purpose of my TomatoFanatics group is to discuss the growing, cooking and eating

of tomatoes. Surely Vitamix is a big, important part of that.

No worries at all about posting here - it is all relevant (those tomatoes will end up in a Vitamix one day :-) Just keep me in mind when people are asking about easy ways to process LOADS of tomatoes. I don't do it, but I know there are others who use the Vitamix to help with putting up tomatoes.
