Guest guest
Today's workout was Tone It Up. Haven't done it in a while so I enjoyed being tortured by Debbie again. Used 5 - 8lb weights along with the 2.5 lb ankle weights thru the whole workout which is killing me now. Kathy

LOL). if i dont like slim in 6 i can record what i want and then trade or sell them. > I have been on eBay too lately. Got a Crunch double yoga workout and > also won Crunch Fat Burning Pilates. I am so bad! im so glad to hear that you agree that crunch boot camp is a great workout! i wish that it were longer. i really like the instructor. do you have crunch cardio sculpt with violet whats-her-name as well? they are good workouts to pair together. crunch really is doing good things with their workouts lately. too bad they were putting out some that were crappy at the beginning (ie: billy blanks crunch workouts). > When I use a stability ball or tall step, I can use my toes.
