sore neck/yoga for everyone

hi donna and kassia and anyone else who has the 'yoga for everyone' dvd

(the one with jj)...

i have a kink in the right side of my neck, and into my right trap, and i

wanted to do a routine to thoroughly stretch that area. so i got out

'yoga for everyone' and looked through all of the menus. ah-ha! there is

a routine under 'beginners > 30 mins' for the neck. i play it but it

doesnt seem to be for the neck at all... but for the spine and such. which

would indirectly affect the neck, im sure, but it wasnt what i was

expecting so i fast forwarded through it and put it away. do you know if

there is a neck stretch on this disc somewhere?
