I know that my hips are tight and should be gentle with them but at the same time I should be working to open them and make them more flexible. It all takes time:) I have lots of work to do on this body! I think I'm going to switch some things up for this week and instead of finishing up w/ the KickButts (I have Steamin' Cardio and Time Crunch left to finish out the rotation) I'm thinking of doing some BSS2 workouts instead - since I miss them and I won't have the chance to do them once I start my Beach Body rotation. So here's the plan so far: Tomorrow - Calorie Killer 2 & some supplemental work (Pilates, or some such thing!) Thursday - 's CAWT Friday - Allie's Maximum Cardio Burn Plus Abs Sat - rest in prep for Shape it Up! on Sunday. Just thought I'd keep you in the loop! I've also changed up my Slim Series rotation a bit, here's the plan: Week 1 Sunday - Shape Monday - Firm Tuesday - Tae Bo Bootcamp (Basic) Wed - Cardio or Tae Bo Thurs - Tone Friday - Cardio or Tae Bo Sat - Rest/Yoga/Stretch Week 2 Sunday - Tear Monday - Firm Tues - Tae Bo Bootcamp (Ultimate or Basic) Wed - Cardio or Tae Bo Thurs - Tone Friday - Cardio or Tae Bo Sat - Rest/Yoga/Stretch There was no way I could NOT try out my new Tae Bo workouts....so....I just HAD to include them somehow! Repeat with first week or take a recovery week if needed, possibly substitution would be Tae Bo Bootcamp Lower Body for FIRM day and Mix it Up for Bootcamp Basic/Ultimate. I'm also going to fit in some supplemental cardio if I can on the Firm and Tone days, and I definately also want to add on Pilates/Yoga sessions where I can. Okay, that's the plan..... We will be going back next week for the MRI and if nothing else is going on, she will be casted the following day. How was everything for you guys?
