What I like about them is that they are 1) non traditional workouts 2) the outfits are phenomenal 3) the women are luscious and you can tell they love their bodies. I feel so much better about my extra pounds doing these! Like the ballet workouts, bellydancing works your muscles differently. Let us know what you think! Which 2 workouts do you have?
