Guest guest
Hi ! Thanks for the insight on bellydancing. I do find the ballet and other dance workouts to be challenging in a way that is different from " traditional " weight lifting and aerobics. i actually got excellent results once just doing non-traditional stuff. felt great, too! Since I'm still fighting this infection thing, i didn't get up this morning to workout. If I feel better after my morning of running around w/ my daughter I might pop something in during her nap time. so, I didn't get a chance to try out any belly dancing. the two tapes I have are basic dance and beyond basic dance w/ veena and Neena. I might see what my library has, since that is one of my stops today! donna --- Pink Pussycat <pinkpussycat@...> wrote: > Donna, I always do the bellydancing when I want > something light too, but the thing is they wind up > being more challenging that you might think! > > What I like about them is that they are 1) non > traditional workouts 2) the outfits are phenomenal > 3) > the women are luscious and you can tell they love > their bodies.
