Guest guest Posted March 15, 2011 Report Share Posted March 15, 2011 I heard from one girl on a YouTube video that young/husked coconuts are sprayed with toxic chemicals such as formaldehyde. Do you have any opinions/sources to prove/disprove this? I just picked up some Best (brand) Aroma Young Coconuts from the wholesale produce place near my house and I hope that it isn't the case I have to be careful of chemicals on the outer part of the coconut...
