Guest guest
Hi , and welcome to the group! It's great to have you here! You soon see, if you haven't already, that we are workout video/dvd fanatics! Members are always trying new workouts and reviewing them, so if you have a question about anything at all, just ask! I like Crunch's Fat Burning Dance Party too! It's the first Hip Hop routine I've felt sucessful at! At the gym I'm always in the back row for that class :-) all others I'm in front. That third dance or "retro" section is hard though! The hitchhiker thumb move cracks me up! Some tapes I like off the top of my head that I like: Cathe Friedrich's Cardio and Weights (older, you can get on Ebay not sure if it's on dvd or not) it alternates between step and weights. I love it because it keeps your mind so occupied you don't know where the time went when you are done. And the step portions aren't too complicated either. Kest Power Yoga - all 3 workouts now on 1 dvd, all us women here drool over him! The older Live! Advanced Tae Bo tapes are all great, but only on vhs For days when you have no motivation, I like Sansone's Walk and Kick 30 minute dvd. Hope this helps! Keep posting!
