Guest guest
OMG! i just went crazy at cksales.com and no, i havent been drinking! LOL i have been feeling blue though and when i feel that way i always want to indulge myself in retail therapy... because it really does help and of course workout dvds are my favourite thing to buy! one good thing about my extravagant purchase is that i bought so much that i qualify for free shipping! LOL yay. but i do feel a bit guilty and know that i have a problem (heheh) since i already have many new and taped workouts that i havent done yet and numerous dvds/tapes that ive only done once! oh my. so i would like to propose a new workout rotatation theme -- a week spent doing new-to-you 'virgin' workouts alternated with a week spent doing workouts that you havent done in a long time... the 'mouldy oldies'. (although the workout doesnt have to be old, really. just one that you havent done in what seems like forever, relative to your other workouts). anyway, here is what i ordered today: Ripped (DVD) with Jari Love 55 mins A total body toning DVD using light weights and high reps. Individual muscle groups are worked by varying the tempo of exercises. Some examples include: squats, deadlifts, pullovers, tricep presses, bicep curls, side & front lateral raises and lunges. Ends with a short abdominal segment and stretch. Requires a step, barbell & dumbbells. © 2005. (PS: i dont have a barbell.... oh well) Ab Hits (DVD) with Cathe Friedrich Ab Hits DVD contains 12 abdominal workouts from: Maximum Intensity Strength, Power Circuit, Kickbox, Body Max, Slow Heavy/Chest Back & Abs, Slow Heavy Biceps/triceps/abs and All Step, Step Heat, Power Hour, Leaner Legs, PS Strong legs & Abs and PS Back, Biceps & Abs. The Ab Hits DVD contains 5 additional abdominal workouts, not on the VHS tape and is also broken down by exercise group to give you almost unlimited possibilities. (PS: WOW!! this dvd should hold me for a while! i dont know how long each workout is though) Curl (DVD) with Kari Ab training in 20 minutes Flat!
