Guest guest
Hi , I have that Buns of Steel one - based on your recommendation. I did it once, but at the time I didn't enjoy Tai Chi very much so I had put it aside in a " to be traded " pile. I'm glad now that I didn't trade it since I'm now enjoying Tai Chi. It would be great if I could learn the moves well enough to remember them to do the workout outside.... I need to borrow 's Millenium Stretch from the library, I've seen it at my library, but haven't bothered with it..... My hands do get tingly, too. I guess that is a good sign! Take care, just one more day of the week left....
