Guest guest Posted June 7, 2005 Report Share Posted June 7, 2005 Thanks Donna for the reviews!!! I had a bad feeling about Imax 3, I thought it was a tough one. I have been working on Imax 2 and trying to reach my goal of completing the entire workout with no modifying. So far I can get through all of them except 5 and 9. I don't think I will ever get through 5, my HR just climbs too high and they jump across that step too many times. I would like to get Imax 3 so I could gradually be able to complete it, but I hear it's harder then Imax 2 and if that's the case, I would never make it. I guess I could always modify. I don't have the high step workout and I'm not really into circuit type workouts, but I know I need to make myself do at least 1 a week. When I previewed High Step Challenge I really liked a lot of the moves and exercises she does, that's what got to me to thinking of getting it. I just ordered the gym style upper body workouts and they are expected to come today so I can't wait for them. I like doing heavy upper body training and so far PUB is my favorite.
