Guest guest Posted June 28, 2006 Report Share Posted June 28, 2006 Hello, I have a friend who had requested an IEP for her son, but the school said there is a new law that they have to try every accomodation/modifications before doing the evaluation to see if he needs an IEP. Have you heard of this? Needless to say he never received an evaluation or an IEP last year.
