What to do with too many Beet Greens?

I got 5 bunches of organic beets the other day, which were on sale for .99 cents

a bunch because the greens were a little wilted. I threw the beets in the

freezer for Beet Kvass and put the greens in water to refresh them. They are

fine now, but I have a huge bowl of greens and need to preserve them. All I can

think of is to scrunch them up individually in ice cube trays. Any ideas?
