Guest guest
I started the green smoothies and was watching the blood sugars and it seemed they Did not go up after a smoothie. I saw lots of testimonies on websites about how smoothies helped their diabetes. Without changing my diet, my fasting BS jumped up last week, and it is rising after my smoothies. I want to continue eating my smoothies. I cut back on the amount. I don't eat many carbs. Mostly from veggies. And my 1 smoothie a day. k
Guest guest
What about your stress level lately? Won't that affect it too? Fran In a message dated 3/8/2011 12:26:53 P.M. Guest guest
Yes it could. When they jumped up, I don't believe I was stressed. I was this week, but the BS jumped up last week. I did have some kind of a bug, and I know that can affect them too, there's so many reasons that could make them jump up. I don't think it was my diet. So just not sure. I don't want to give up my smoothie. Waaaaaa I do my fasting every day, but don't check after each meal. I am not on medication. k -- Re: Such a puzzle What about your stress level lately?
