Having lost my immunity to bad news, one day I was at a show at a Costco in the break room when CNN was covering the Haiti Earthquakes. I started crying. What is in my imagination about what happened in Japan is bad enough. I've been praying for the friends and families of those who have lost loved ones. Very sad. Between these incomprehensible natural disasters to politics to the economy, I don't know many who can not be depressed. However, we don't have a choice but to go on day to day. I say prayers for those less fortunate and think we all feel helpless to comprehend what is going on these days as far as natural disasters go. One thing I have learned from this group, everyone here seems to be a survivor in search of answers to take care of ourselves the best we can. Take comfort in that. This group is a good and wonderful thing and I look forward to checking in every day to learn something new. We don't have a lot in today's standards, but is a lot more than a lot of people have.
