I keep hearing that you start craving smoothies and I actually am.

What I can't figure out is if I am craving the sweetness or just the wholesomeness.

I don't add any sweetener. They are sweet enough. I have been trying to be off sugar

Since this fall, unless I fall off the wagon. And limiting starches except for veggies. I wasn't eating much fruit during this time either, maybe some apple. So these smoothies are quite sweet to me and I am loving it. I quit losing too.

I drink 1 glass in the morning is all.

But I am craving it. It could be the nutrients that come with the smoothies my body is craving. Or it could be the sweet.............

I need to start making the soups more and find things in that dept I like.

I want a meatless soup that tastes good. Lol

I don't think I dare! Bill has been very good about trying all my experiments but chowder to him is super special. I've never tried making it and wouldn't want to try it with anything but potatoes if I did. Some things you just don't mess with lolSaturdays are our free days so he can have chowder then. Try turnips for a potato substitute, low carb sub.
