Last weeks workouts

Sorry, I'm late in checking in, but I've been nuts. (Yes, I know I'm normally nuts, but I've been even more nuts then normal! LOL) Anyway, here is what I did last week.

Monday: Leaner Legs Workout 1; Pilatesculpt Lower Body Workout 1

Tuesday: Chest and Back Workout 1; Shoulders and Arms Workout 1

Wednesday: Taught FitBall

Thursday: Walk 30 minutes to put out flyers, used the Cardio Coach cd that Carolyn recommended downloading.

Friday: Leaner Legs Workout 1; Chest and Back Workout 1; Awesome Abdominals Workout 1

Satuday: Walked around comic book convention for 6 hours

Sunday: Stayed in bed all day!!!!
