Guest guest
Made my first peanut butter today, very good. Think I will add some Agave next time not just for the taste but because it does act as a preservative as well. What was left in the vitamix which I couldn't get out was blended into some White Chocolate Ice Cream I made. I am taking my Ice Cream out of the freezer and stirring it around before it's really frozen, has changed the consistency so it is creamer after taking it out and warming it a little. Guest guest
Could you clarify the size of jello pudding? Is that 3 of 7 oz or 3.7 oz or 37 oz??? Sorry I'm confused. Beverly Texas Re: Peanut Butter and Ice Cream White Chocolate Ice Cream White Chocolate Ice Cream - Quick and Easy 1 cup of half and half or fat free half and half 1 packet of any instant white chocolate pudding (Jell-o® brand preferred - 3 7 ounce box) can use regular 2 cups of ice Place all contents in the container, put the lid on firmly, and then turn the machine on high speed for about 30 seconds! When making ice cream in the Vita-mix®, a trick of the trade is to use the tamper to help reduce air-pockets or frozen pockets, and better the flow of the contents in to the blades. Please be aware that ice cream will be the most challenging recipe for you to perfect in a Vita-mix®. The main difficulty is that everyone's ice is different. Ice varies because water used to make ice varies (I.e. Hard water soft water, oxygen levels, etc.) A standard rule of thumb is that as long as the ice fits through the hole in the lid, it is safe for the machine. This didn't have peanut butter in it, I just had peanut butter left over in the vitamix that I couldn't get out and didn't want to waste but, you could put some regular peanuts in the half and half first and vitamix it till they are blended and then go on with the rest of the recipe.
