Guest guest
I did a search and came up with this one. Sounds good. k The “Liquid Brownie†Raw Chocolate Smoothie Recipe 3 heaping tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder 3 tablespoons Hemp Seeds 1 Avocado 3 medium-sized Bananas (fresh, not frozen) 2 tablespoons raw honey (or agave or rapadura cane sugar) Dash Himalayan Crystal salt Water to below the 32-oz mark 2-3 cups ice Blend it up real good and pour into a couple glasses. It will be very thick! As I mentioned above, you can also add some Raw Carob Powder (1 tablespoon) and/or a handful of Raw Almonds (If you have a Blendtec blender, these will be utterly pulverized. If not, it’ll just make your smoothie a bit “chewyâ€!). And as always… ADD GREENS whenever you want! -- Re: OT - FYI Canola Oil I could care less about Diet Coke but , brown sugar and cinnamon Pop Tarts. Now we are talking about something important and I cannot do without( I have been doing with since the first of the year because of a Biggest loser contest) and I get to have them again starting Wednesday. Guest guest
Greens would be completely hidden in this recipe (spinach being especially tasteless) I might make this for my kids - thanks for sharing!I did feel an overwhelming compulsion to edit the recipe comments though ;-) Blessings,Lea Ann SavageSatellite Beach, FL(321) 773-7088 (home)(321-961-9219 (cell)))><'>www.VitamixLady.comwww..com<))>< On Mar 10, 2011, at 1:07 AM, K wrote: I did a search and came up with this one.
