OMG jen, ya know i think that they re-did 'start it up' and re-issued it!!! im not sure but i think that i did read that somewhere. does anyone know for sure? i will ask on the slimin6 board and see if they know. if that is the case then i feel ripped off now in getting the one that is only 24 mins long instead of the 52 minute one! :*carolyn. -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Guest guest
Carolyn - you are in good enough shape that Ramp It Up won't kill you. She does love that killer floor work though! Guest guest
Carolyn - you won't be saying "bring it on Debbie" when you are near the end of the floor work! Since this is a family friendly group, I'll leave it there! ;-) Kathy -------------- Original message -------------- At 02:43 PM 6/07/2005, kvetro60@... wrote:>Carolyn - you are in good enough shape that Ramp It Up won't kill >you. Guest guest
Hi Carolyn, you will be able to handle Ramp it up, it's not that hard. I actually enjoy Ramp more than Start because I get too worn out at the end of the video on Start to do all of those yoga poses Debbie does. I also like the squat series in Ramp better than Start, works more muscles for a longer time. Guest guest
Hi Kathy, I agree with you about the floor work esp. the leg work! I usually modify mine so that I don't kill my knees. I stand up and lean against a chair to do the leg work. Jen kvetro60@... wrote: Carolyn - you won't be saying "bring it on Debbie" when you are near the end of the floor work!
