Guest guest Posted June 7, 2005 Report Share Posted June 7, 2005 Hi , I actually have only done IMAX 2 a few times -- it takes a lot of motivation for me to do any interval workout and Cathe's hold a special dread factor in my heart. I also workout first thing in the morning and that doesn't help wit the desire to do intervals! I need to pull out IMAX 2 again. Honestly, I think I like the original IMAX the best - it is not as much " fun " choreography or music wise, but I need the more basic choreography to recover from the blasts. My brain can't process all the choreo when I'm anaerobic. IMAX3 is pretty choreographed!! Hope this helps, Donna > That is what would hurt me, the short recovery > times.
