It takes A LOT for me to get soreness in my abs, but when I do I love it!!! That's the thing with core max. I've read people say how sore they were the next day after doing one of the 3 ab workouts and I was never sore. I really didn't even get that great of a burn. I get a much better ab workout by doing one of her ab routines from one of her workouts, such as KPC or SJP or ME. A good while back we had an ice storm and was without power for like 6 days. I done a couple home made workouts and I done my own ab routine and the next day my abs were so sore. I done like 3 sets of 16 leg raises and pulse crunches. I couldn't believe just doing it on my own would give me soreness. I actually done that same home made ab workout a few weeks later and of course no soreness the next day, but I still got a great burn. Guest guest
I am looking for a really good AB workout. But here is the catch...I don't want the majority of the work to be floor work. I am looking for something either on the ball or standing. I would also like something on the advanced level. All the ball stuff I have tried seems very easy. I'm the kind of person that really wants to feel my workout the next day! AM

Email me if you have any questions on the moves. Everything is done in sets of 25. Ball Crunch Ball Oblique Crunch Ball Shoulder Balance Ball Balancing Side Crunch Ball Reverse Crunch (Sorry this one is on the floor) Ball Touch (Again on the floor) 3 Point Crunch (Last one laying on the floor!) Ball Pulls (on the knees) Med Ball Rotations on the Ball Seated Med Ball Floor Touch (one set straight and one set to each side) Seated Pelvic Rotations (one set front to back and one set side to side) Ab Stretch Over The Ball (reverse drape) Oblique Stretch On the Ball (on knees) Ball Childs Pose (down in childs pose with hands on ball) Try it out and tell me what you think.
