Guest guest Posted June 22, 2005 Report Share Posted June 22, 2005 Hi , I agree with Carolyn that you should go for the Slim Series workouts, rather than the Slim in 6 - be be forewarned, these are very different from Cathe, they are light weight (Debbie Siebers, the lead, never uses more than 8lbs!) high rep workouts, so they are totally different from Cathe in terms of style. I think the 2 pack at Target would be a good way to see if they are for you. I plan to start a rotation w/ the SS workouts this Sunday!
