Guest guest
Hi ! It is good to see you here as well as on the FitFirmies group!! I meant to post a welcome yesterday but it was a BUSY day and I didn't get the chance. Work should calm down for me next week, the month of June is always bad for me. Anyway, thanks for sharing your yoga experiences with your kids. whihc kid yoga workouts do you have? I've been eyeing the wai lana ones for me and my daughter. My daughter is also almost two, so what you wrote sounds so familiar!! Sometimes I want to throttle her, other times I want to hug her and other times I want to sit and cry in frustration! I agree that yoga helps. I used to be very into " power " yoga, but now I'm developing an appreciation for the slower paced yoga. You might like AM/PM Yoga for Weight Loss w/ Suzanne Deason. She uses props quite a bit and the practice flows such that there is actually time to use the props. Another recommendation I have is Body Wisdom's Yoga Complete for Every Body. This is one of my favorite DVDs, it has tons of practices that range in time, difficulty, and purpose - there is even a practice for TTOM! Anyway, WELCOME!
