The methextrexite seems to be helping, there was a lot of improvement in his wrists and also in the psoriatric areas. Still swelling in the fingers. No side effects from the drug and he may go on a higher dosage in June. and also visit the dermatologist and got a good report there. Thanks everyone for your interest.
